The 2025 W-2 Forms are now available for those that opted to receive their form online via the “My Online Selection” area of the portal. The election period is currently closed but will open back up Feb. 1, 2026. For any employee that goes into the SCEIS Central portal at that time and opts for online forms, access will be granted for the 2025 Form once they log out and log back in. Agencies can confirm an employee’s election via info type 3228. There currently are no reports that can be run for this data at the agency level. On March 1, all active employees will have their W-2 Form available online for reprint purposes.
All paper W-2 Forms for calendar year 2025 will be mailed by Monday, February 2, 2026 (IRS deadline), to any withdrawn employee or employees that did not elect to receive their W-2 online. This is due to ongoing office renovations that has moved our team to a limited space location. Please allow two weeks delivery before requesting a reissued form request. Forms will be sent to the employees’ permanent mailing address on file.
Please note that all paper 1095-C ACA Forms will also be mailed for 2025. There is no online election option for these statements. These forms will also be mailed by February 2, 2026.
