Our pilot Air-3-4, Mickey Wilson, spotted and called in a house fire in Greenwood, and our dispatcher Lauren Bone jumped into action without hesitation, quickly contacting 911.
Thanks to their swift response, West-6 Mark Parker later confirmed that the fire department arrived just in time to wake the homeowner and get him out safely.
Because of the teamwork, urgency, and professionalism shown by both our pilot and dispatcher, a life was saved today—and it doesn’t get any better than that! 👏
